This page is intended to host any photography, web or miscellaneous projects that Sam Gabell is currently working on. Some will never see the light of day, some might never make it past the concept stage, others still will be dismissed due to mysterious and complicated reasoning. In other words it’s far from being a definitive list.

City of Lights

The City of Lights project is an independent photography project seeking to capture some unique and hopefully memorable shots of the city of Perth, Western Australia. The project is in the planning stage and is due to commence sometime in late 2009.

Urban Geographic

Urban Geographic is an independent photography driven web project still in it’s conceptual stage. The intent is to produce a public web space for people to share stories and photos of the cities they live in or travel to. Imagine a open, online version of National Geographic based around city and urban life and you’ll have some idea of what’s sitting inside Sam’s head. Unnamed Project

The most mysterious project so far. The reason it has no name and no details is because it’s not even a concept yet. It’s what you would get if a concept farted in a sealed room and you walked past some time later. The faint lingering sense that something is there but you can’t quite put your mental finger on it.
